For the safety and security of all attendees at LakeFest Oakland, only clear bags will be permitted inside the event. Non-clear bags, oversized bags, backpacks, and purses that do not comply with the clear bag policy will not be allowed entry. All bags are subject to inspection upon arrival. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth entry experience.  

No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are allowed inside the festival. With over 200 food and retail vendors, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore the diverse culinary scene of Oakland and the Bay Area.

Yes, LakeFest Oakland has designated ADA-accessible areas, including restrooms, to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees.

By purchasing a ticket and attending LakeFest Oakland, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded during the event. Your likeness, image, voice, and appearance may be used by event organizers for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further notice   

• Security personnel, metal detectors, wands,  will be present at all entry points.
• Clear bags only!
• All bags, backpacks, strollers, and purses will be checked thoroughly upon entry.
• No weapons, pepper spray, knives, or tasers are allowed on the premises.
• No illegal fireworks, or drugs are allowed. 
• Oakland Police Department will be on site.
• EMT services as well as Fire Department will be on site. 

• No in's and out's; once you enter the festival, re-entry is not permitted.
• No outside food or beverages or alcohol are allowed.
• Must have ticket upon entry 

•  Friendly, leashed pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for cleanup and pet behavior. 

• Yes, you may bring blankets, lawn chairs, and umbrellas. Pull up early and stake your spot near your favorite stage! You are not allowed to bring tents. If you are interested in reserving a section for your group please email info@lakefestoakland.com

• Yes, LakeFest is a festival that welcomes all ages. We just ask that any child 16 and under be accompanied by an adult. 

• To sign up to become a vendor, please click the vendor tab and follow prompts to sign up.

• There is street parking, Douglas Parking garages will offer a free shuttle to and from designated parking locations. TBD.  
• Please remove all valuables from your vehicles.
• Public meter parking is available; park at your own risk.

• Yes, you may bring your bike or skateboard, but we ask that you ride and skate in designated areas only to avoid accidents and  injuries towards attendees. 

• Dispose of all trash properly. Let’s keep the festival grounds clean.
• Overly inebriated attendees will be asked to leave the premises.
• Respect the space and other attendees. No sexism, ageism, discrimination, or any form of harassment will be tolerated.
• No unauthorized vending permitted
• No Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
• No fighting or violence of any kind

The LakeFestOakland is located in the at the beautiful LakeMerritt. We use the address to the Boat house which is 568 Bellevue Ave. Oakland Ca.
